Refund Policy

OET Mastery by Integrity Linguistics aims to provide the highest quality OET exam preparation services. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following terms:

Subscriptions and Refunds

OET Mastery offers 1 month, 3 month and 6 month subscription packages priced at Rs. 5,000, Rs. 14,000, and Rs. 27,000 respectively. Free demo videos are available for preview before subscribing.

If you wish to request a refund, contact us at integritylinguistics@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are calculated pro rata based on the number of full days remaining in the subscription period. Refund processing requires 7-14 business days.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once a refund is issued, access to OET Mastery course content will be revoked. You will need to repurchase a subscription to regain access.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 30 days from purchase date, or for users who have violated our Terms of Service, will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to Policy

Integrity Linguistics reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Policy changes will be posted on our website. The amended policy will apply to all existing and new subscriptions.
