Refund Policy

At Integrity Linguistics LLP, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience for our users. However, we understand that our OET Exam Mastery app may not meet everyone's expectations. Therefore, we offer a refund policy for our plans that provide access to the app for 14 days and more, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

1. Refunds are not applicable for plans that provide access to the app for less than 14 days.
2. Requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of subscription by sending an email to integritylinguistics@gmail.com.
3. Refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis, depending on the number of days of access used before applying for a refund.

Refund Process

1. Upon receiving a refund request, our team will verify the eligibility criteria and respond within 2 business days.
2. If the refund request is approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining days of access, minus any applicable fees or charges.
3. Refunds will be initiated within 10 to 14 business days and processed through the original payment method.

Terms and Conditions

1. Refunds are subject to our discretion and may be denied in cases of abuse or violation of our terms of service.
2. Refunds will be issued in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
3. Integrity Linguistics LLP reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
