These terms and conditions govern the use of the OET Mastery mobile application and website, provided by Integrity Linguistics LLP.

Services
OET Mastery provides online coaching and preparation services for the OET exam, including access to live classes, recorded lessons, study material, mock exams, quizzes and email support through subscription packages. 

Use of Services
Users must be over 18 to register for an account and purchase subscriptions. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and must not share with others. Users agree to use the services only for exam preparation purposes and not upload illegal, offensive or unauthorized content.

Account Termination 
Integrity Linguistics may terminate an account for violations of these terms, prolonged inactivity, non-payment or other abuses. No refunds will be provided if an account is terminated for violations.

Payments and Refunds
Payment for subscriptions must be through the accepted online payment methods. Refund eligibility and amounts are subject to the Refund Policy. 

Intellectual Property
All content provided through OET Mastery, including videos, study material, quizzes and other coaching resources, are the property of Integrity Linguistics and protected by copyright. Users may not distribute, share or reuse this proprietary content without permission.

Disclaimers 
OET Mastery provides exam preparation assistance but cannot guarantee any particular exam results. We make no warranties related to the services and disclaim liabilities for damages.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Kerala in Ernakulam.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms of use periodically. Renewals of existing subscriptions after updates constitute agreement to the revised terms.
